1. Using BoraChat
These terms govern your use of BoraChat. By using the service, you agree to them. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet any applicable age requirements. If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your password private.
2. AI responses
BoraChat uses third-party AI services to generate replies. AI responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Check important information before relying on it. Responses are for general information and do not replace advice from a qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional.
3. Responsible use
Use BoraChat lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not submit content you are not entitled to share, misuse someone else’s personal information, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.
4. Your content and privacy
You retain any rights you have in the content you submit. You allow BoraChat to handle and forward that content as needed to answer your requests. You are responsible for what you submit and how you use AI responses. Do not assume a response is unique or free of others’ rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains account information, AI requests, and local chat storage. Saved chats may be lost if you clear your browser’s site data.
5. Availability and limitations
Features, available models, and usage limits may change. We may pause or discontinue parts of the service. To the extent permitted by law, BoraChat is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free responses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
6. Updates and contact
We may update these terms and will publish changes with a revised effective date. We will give notice of material changes where required by law. You may stop using BoraChat at any time.
